Flynn O’Driscoll is delighted to have acted for Media Concierge (Holdings) Limited (“Media Concierge”) in its acquisition of National World plc (“National World”).
The takeover has now been approved by the High Court in England, in a deal worth £65.1 million.
Media Concierge publishes the Iconic Media regional newspapers in Ireland. National World publishes over one hundred regional news brands, including the Yorkshire Post, The Scotsman, The Portsmouth News, The Sheffield Star, The Newsletter and The Derry Journal.
