Elaine joined Flynn O'Driscoll in 2021 having completed her training in Arthur Cox, including rotations in Litigation, Financial Regulation, Environmental and Planning, Infrastructure, Construction and Utilities and Corporate M&A.

Experience

Elaine has previous experience in a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions including private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder matters and asset purchase agreements. Elaine has also worked on a number of deals related to telecoms and internet infrastructure.
