Our Corporate team acted on behalf of the management team of Galway-headquartered cybersecurity provider TitanHQ in connection with its sale to Bregal Milestone to create CyberSentriq.

CyberSentriq is formed through the acquisition of TitanHQ and Bregal Milestone’s merger with its portfolio company, Redstor.

TitanHQ was founded in 1999 and provides a wide range of cybersecurity services, including phishing and malware protection, DNS security, security awareness training and email encryption. Redstor was acquired by the London-headquartered Bregal Milestone back in 2022.
