Our Real Estate team were delighted to advise IDA Ireland on a significant investment made by Ericsson in Athlone.

The proposed new R&D facility will accommodate Ericsson’s Athlone operation, which employs over 1,300 people, and represents a further significant commitment to the Midlands and to Ireland as a location for technology innovation.

Flynn O’Driscoll are proud to have supported IDA Ireland on this important transaction and congratulate IDA Ireland, Ericsson and all involved in bringing the project to this significant milestone.
