Orla is an experienced solicitor with over twenty-six years of multi-jurisdictional experience in top-tier law firms in Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. She advises on a wide range of issues including shareholder disputes, property disputes, contractual disputes, debt enforcement and insurance defence litigation in the Dispute Resolution team.
Experience
Prior to joining Flynn O’Driscoll, Orla held senior leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry, gaining valuable commercial insights. Her time spent in-house within the aviation, insurance, and technology sectors has shaped her pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to dispute resolution. Drawing on her experience as a mediator, Orla offers clients practical solutions to complex challenges.
Orla also has extensive corporate experience, when she advised on employment law, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, and various contractual matters.
Outside of her legal practice, Orla is a part-time tutor at the Law Society of Ireland, where she tutors modules on Professional Responsibility to PPC students.
