Majella is a Senior Associate in the Corporate department and has over 10 years experience on a broad range of commercial matters including venture capital and private equity investments particularly for the early stage companies. Majella is also a regular guest speaker for the NDRC (Dog Patch Labs) and UCD Nova where she provides start ups with advice on corporate structure, fundraising, founder protection and disposals.


Acting for early stage companies in all aspects of raising capital (Institutional, Venture Capital, Crowdfunding, and Private Equity) across all main sectors (AI, Agricultural Technology, Fintech, Gaming and Sports Technology).
