Experience
Harry is a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department of Flynn O'Driscoll LLP. Harry has considerable expertise in acting for leading professional indemnity insurers in professional negligence claims brought against a variety of professionals including solicitors, accountants, financial advisors, architects, quantity surveyors and contractors. Harry also has extensive experience in property related disputes advising on, inter alia, the recovery of rent and service charge arrears, dilapidation claims, and general landlord & tenant disputes of a residential and/or commercial nature. Harry acts in a variety of general commercial litigation matters, spanning all jurisdictions of the Court. Harry advises clients on the intricacies of various alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation, conciliation, arbitration and expert determination. Harry has keen focus on providing practical and tailored advice in order to identify the highest quality solutions for his clients and he has a history of achieving excellent outcomes to the satisfaction of his clients.
