Experience

Eoin has experience advising clients on a range of corporate issues including, M&A transactions in several sectors including hospitality and construction . Eoin also has experience advising clients on corporate restructures.

Before joining Flynn O'Driscoll, Eoin also gained experience acting on behalf of pillar banks and alternative lenders in Debt Finance transactions.
