Amanda joined FOD in 2022 after a career in the FMCG industry in North America and Europe. During her traineeship with the firm, Amanda has worked in corporate and property and recently completed the Hybrid PPC with the Law Society.

Amanda leverages her corporate background to bring actionable and commercial insights to her clients. She has contributed to several large M&A transactions in the healthcare and energy sectors. More recently, Amanda has been advising clients on commercial property issues including negotiating commercial leases and conducting due diligence for corporate transactions.
