- Acted for secured creditors (banks and private equity) and their appointed receivers in relation to security realisation and all ancillary litigation
- Acted for a Receiver and secured lender in multiple sets of High Court concerning assets valuing €13m
- Acted for a receiver in relation to the petition to wind up a sports clothing retailer
- Acted for a creditor in relation to a formal objection to the approval of a Rescue Plan formulated under the SCARP legislation
- Acted for a UK retailer with an Irish network of branches in relation to all aspects of its Irish restructuring
- Acted for the liquidator on the cross border liquidations of Kendar Holdings Limited and MPS Global Limited
- Acted for an electrical engineering sub-contractor in relation to successful winding up petition against its main contractor and related strategies to recover debt
