Roshel Group is one of the world's largest manufacturers of armoured vehicles. It designs, engineers, manufactures, integrates and maintains advanced vehicles for government, military, law-enforcement and commercial customers.

We worked alongside lead advisers to the seller, Cornet Vincent Ségurel, and an international team on this cross-border transaction, which included foreign direct investment screening in several jurisdictions.
