Sean is a trainee solicitor working in the Corporate and Commercial department at Flynn O'Driscoll. He assists the team on a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders' agreements and commercial agreements. Sean also holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Limerick.
