Having spent two years working in the tax department of one of Ireland’s top professional services firms, Nolene joined Flynn O’Driscoll in September 2017. Nolene currently works in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Law department. Nolene has experience in advising both Irish and international clients in a wide range of intellectual property, technology and data protection matters.
Nolene’s expertise also extends to corporate advisory work, which includes business structure and formation, corporate governance and commercial contracts.
- Graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway in 2013 with an honours Bachelor of Corporate Law degree.
- Graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway in 2014 with an honours Postgraduate LLB degree.
- Graduated from University College Dublin in 2015 with a Masters in International Law and Business.
