Flynn O’Driscoll is proud to announce a new partnership with Maynooth University through the creation of the Flynn O’Driscoll Scholarship in Law and Criminology.
Congratulations to Naomi Lalloo, a final-year LLB student, who has been awarded the inaugural scholarship.
The scholarship is part of a new partnership between Maynooth University and Flynn O’Driscoll. Open to Year 3 and Year 4 students in the LLB or BCL programmes, the award recognises exceptional academic achievement, strong motivation, and a clear commitment to pursuing a career in law.
As the 2025–2026 scholar, Naomi will receive €2,000 in financial support and will complete a paid one-month summer internship with Flynn O’Driscoll in Summer 2026. Following her internship, she will also have the opportunity to apply for the firm’s Graduate Trainee Programme.
A central feature of the scholarship is a joint mentorship initiative, delivered by Flynn O’Driscoll and Maynooth University, which will support Naomi’s professional development throughout the academic year.
At Flynn O’Driscoll, we are committed to strengthening links between legal education and professional practice and to investing in the next generation of legal talent. We look forward to welcoming Naomi to the firm and supporting her in her future career in law.
