Flynn O'Driscoll is pleased to welcome Orla McCarthy to the Firm to lead the FOD HR function. Orla has spent over 20 years working in HR roles within financial services including roles with Standard Chartered Bank, Davy Stockbrokers and Barclays Bank where she was Director of HR. In her most recent role in Swim Ireland, she joined the National Governing Body for swimming and aquatics in Ireland, where as HR Manager she set up the HR function. When asked about her appointment to FOD, Orla said “I am excited to have been given the opportunity of working with the great team at FOD to support their future growth and development.”
Also commenting on her appointment, Chief Operating Officer, Gerard Dempsey said, " We are delighted to welcome Orla to the senior management team at FOD.
