- Advising a veterinary software development company in respect of seed funding round undertaken by several investors (including Enterprise Ireland).
- Advising private equity investors on a seed funding round in respect of a promising MedTech start-up company.
- Advising Air Investment Valencia on its joint venture with CityJet to create Europe's largest regional aviation platform.
- Advising on the Irish law aspects of the acquisition by Greatech Technology Berhad of Allied Automation Limited.
- Advising on the sell side in respect of the acquisition by Milk Visual Effects Limited of all of the seller’s shares in High Wire Limited.
- Advising Carousel Logistics on its internal group reorganisation via merger by absorption.
- Advising a reputable SaaS company in respect of both internal and external equity funding rounds.
