Majella is a Senior Associate in the Corporate department and has over 10 years experience on a broad range of commercial matters including venture capital and private equity investments particularly for the early stage companies. Majella is also a regular guest speaker for the NDRC (Dog Patch Labs) and UCD Nova where she provides start ups with advice on corporate structure, fundraising, founder protection and disposals.
