Daniel joined Flynn O'Driscoll as a Summer Intern in July 2019, progressing to Pre-Trainee and subsequently to Trainee having successfully completed all eight FE-1 examinations. He has recently completed The Law Society of Ireland’s Professional Practice Course (“PPC”) at Blackhall Place.

Prior to attending the PPC, he was a member of the Corporate and Commercial team where his roles ranged from the initial drafting of documents to conducting legal research in various areas. He has worked on company restructurings, banking transactions, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder-related matters, and commercial contracts.

Daniel is now part of the Media and Litigation team where he has worked on and assisted with claims in the areas of Defamation, Debt Collection and Personal Injury in the District Court, Circuit Court and High Court.
